The Wicks Group of Companies, LLC (“Wicks”), a New York–based private equity firm, has completed its sale of Penn Foster Education Group, Inc., a provider of online job-training and accredited career-education programs, to The Princeton Review, Inc., a provider of test preparation and related education services.
