Albany, NY. Nixon Peabody LLP client R3 Fusion, Inc., a Troy, NY-based clean technology company, has delivered its first commercial system for recovering ethanol from waste scrubber water – the SPaCeR™.
The company is focused on applying its technology to water purification and desalination in a wide range of markets, ethanol recovery, biofuel synthesis, and green chemistry. The SPaCeR is a state-of-the-art system designed to process 50 gallons per minute of scrubber water generated from a 50 MM Gallon Per Annum ethanol plant.
Nixon Peabody LLP serves as R3 Fusion’s legal counsel and has successfully advised R3 Fusion on various legal, corporate and contract matters leading up to the launch of this new technology.
