Rochester, NY. Rolls-Royce Plc, the British aircraft engine and power generation equipment company, announces completion of its acquisition of R. Brooks Associates. R. Brooks Associates is a market leader in providing inspection and other services for the commercial nuclear power industry. In addition to its strong presence in the United States, R. Brooks Associates also has a significant presence in France and the United Kingdom.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Nixon Peabody LLP advised R. Brooks Associates in the deal. The core deal team was led by partners Lori Green and Scott Cristman, and associate John LaBoda.
