The Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo and Nixon Peabody LLP continues their nonprofit board seminar series with two more informative and entertaining 90-minute sessions. Nixon Peabody partner Mike Cooney and his colleague Anita Pelletier, counsel to nonprofit and charitable boards across the U.S. and abroad, will share their perspectives on the legal and governance environment for board members.
