Please join us for a breakfast briefing regarding the most important employee benefits issues facing employers. We will be hosting a roundtable in our Long Island office on June 21 and in our New York City office on June 22.
This roundtable is intended for chief benefits officers, financial officers, in-house employment counsel, and human resources executives, and is designed to provide a forum for sharing ideas and best practices.
Topics for discussion will include:
- Participant disclosure requirements for 401(k) and 403(b) plans
- New health care reform disclosure mandate: summary of benefits and coverage
- Other health care reform updates, including the excise tax on plan sponsors who offer health plans
