Palo Alto, CA. Computer maker Dell, Inc., has acquired global cloud computing company Wyse Technology, Inc., to extend its desktop virtualization offerings. The deal officially closed on May 24, 2012. Nixon Peabody attorneys represented San Jose, California–based Wyse in the deal. Terms of the deal are confidential.
