Mr. Cohen is active in advising clients on business issues and strategic planning, and in networking on behalf of clients and assisting them in establishing relationships with financing sources, banks, other professional service providers, and the media.

“There’s tremendous opportunity and significant business challenges for our clients across Long Island,” said Mr. Cohen. “I am confident our diverse team of attorneys and staff are well-positioned to best help our clients achieve their business goals and I am honored to serve in this new role.”

Mr. Cohen is well known in the Long Island business, philanthropic, and civic communities. He is a founder of the New York M&A Council and newly launched Corporate Counsel Community, and serves on the boards of directors of Phoenix House of New York and Phoenix House of Long Island.
