Ashley Champion focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes representation of owners, investors, and developers in their acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development of commercial real estate. She also represents private sector clients before municipal boards in zoning and land use matters; representing municipalities, utility companies, and wind developers in the acquisition of real property interests; and representing commercial and institutional clients in a variety of real estate transactions.
In this capacity she is experienced at drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents, as well as analyzing and resolving title and zoning issues. She also represents clients in various aspects of zoning and permitting of development projects.
