Timothy Broshears is an attorney in Nixon Peabody’s Business Litigation practice group. Mr. Broshears represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial matters, including franchise, licensing and distribution transactions.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Broshears clerked for Supreme Court Justice David Michael Barry, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court. Before that, he served as an appellate court attorney to the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department.
