ExperienceBob Dolinko has extensive experience in labor and employment matters. For over 30 years, Bob has represented a wide variety of companies, from Fortune 500 corporations to emerging start-ups and small businesses. His employment litigation practice is extremely broad, including wage and hour claims and class actions, collective actions, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination lawsuits and arbitrations, agency charges and administrative filings, and trade secret and non-competition litigation. Additionally, Bob practices traditional labor law and handles NLRB cases and arbitrations. He also has a strong practice in advice and counsel, providing strategic advice to employers on “best practices” for preventative litigation programs and working on specific issues involving internal investigations, employment relations, HR policies and procedures, traditional labor and other human capital needs. Out-of-state and California based clients regularly seek Bob’s advice on issues specific to California employment law. He delivers effective counseling on how to transfer employer practices to and from other jurisdictions, while still maintaining compliance with the unique laws and regulations of California and its municipalities. Bob has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by the publishers of the Northern California Super Lawyers magazine in 2009. Inclusion in Super Lawyers is based on a peer-review survey. AdmissionsBob is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California as well as the United States Supreme Court.
