With more than twenty-five years’ experience as a trial lawyer defending domestic and foreign manufacturers in a broad range of cases, Mr. Goldblatt concentrates his practice in products liability, toxic, and complex commercial and environmental cases, and counseling companies concerning the product-related regulations of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and other state and federal regulatory agencies.

Mr. Goldblatt is national coordinating counsel for several manufacturers, including manufacturers of chemical substances and compressed gas valves and tanks, and has defended products and tried cases to verdict in courts across the country.

He is also the past chair of the American Bar Association, TIPS Section, Product Liability Committee and co-chair of the Warnings Subcommittee of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section, Product Liability Committee. He is the author of more than twenty articles on product liability–related topics and a handbook on the regulations of the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
