ExperienceAbigail Sterling Olsen has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, borrower’s counsel, and special counsel for various tax-exempt municipal financings for transportation, environmental, education, and public power facilities, as well as tobacco asset securitization transactions. She has experience in the drafting of primary financing documents, resolutions, and official statements. Ms. Olsen has participated in numerous transactions involving the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation, the Dormitory Authority of the State of While attending law school, Ms. Olsen was editor-in-chief of the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review from 1996 to 1997 and a staff writer for that publication from 1995 to 1996.
