Carlene Moore has been a business paralegal for more than 21 years. A member of Nixon Peabody’s Private Company Transactions group since 1987, Carlene handles entity formations, dissolutions, mergers, foreign qualifications/withdrawals and stock documents for the group as well as other Nixon Peabody groups requiring those services. Carlene also obtains information, certificates and documents from various states when required, maintains the records for over 1,500 entities for clients, and prepares annual reports and annual consents for entities. She corresponds with clients regarding entity maintenance and filings.

Prior to coming to Nixon Peabody, Carlene taught junior/senior high school English and worked as an administrative assistant at insurance, investment services and manufacturing companies.
