Experience

Christopher Keefe represents buyers and sellers in private and public company mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. He also represents funds and companies in private equity, venture capital, and asset-based finance transactions. During his tenure with the firm, Christopher has been involved in mergers and acquisitions transactions having a total value in excess of several billion dollars, and has helped place hundreds of millions of dollars of private equity and venture capital investments.

Christopher has extensive experience acting as outside general counsel to companies – partnering directly with senior management to drive the growth and success of a wide range of clients.
