ExperienceMr. McCormack is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and also the leader of the Insurance & Reinsurance group. He is a commercial litigator with a particular concentration on insurance and reinsurance issues. He serves as regional and national counsel for a wide range of companies. Mr. McCormack’s practice includes litigation, appellate work, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, regional and national coordinating counsel, advice on coverage issues, assisting with the drafting wordings and the issuance of new products. Mr. McCormack’s cases include matters involving fraud, asbestos, catastrophic first-party losses, environmental, pharmaceutical, technology, product liability, employment, construction, professional liability, fiduciary liability, directors and officer liability, advertising liability, entertainment, and toxic and mass tort claims. Mr. McCormack is a member of ARIAS-U.S., the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).
