Practice AreasConsumer Packaged GoodsProducts: Class Action, Trade & Industry Representation Litigation & Dispute Resolution ExperienceAaron Halpern concentrates his practice in the litigation of a wide variety of commercial, complex tort, and product liability matters in state and federal courts. In this capacity, he drafts pleadings, memoranda, and briefs, prepares motion papers, and conducts and defends depositions. Mr. Halpern has experience in a variety of subject matter including products liability, toxic tort, contract disputes, corporate, employment, banking, and bankruptcy law. Previously, Mr. Halpern was an associate in the commercial litigation department of Farrell Fritz, PC, where he was responsible for all stages of litigation, including appearing before federal and state courts for hearings, conferences, and oral argument, and assisting with trial preparation. Mr. Halpern also clerked for the Honorable Burrell I. Humphreys, New Jersey Superior Court. While in law school, Mr. Halpern served as the managing editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and was a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana. He was also a member of the Tulane Law School Civil Litigation Clinic.
