Brian Duffy is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation department, where he represents clients locally and nationally in complex business litigation matters, including disputes relating to contracts, partnerships, trademarks, trade secrets, insurance, and consumer protection claims. Brian also represents clients before insurance regulators in New Hampshire and in other jurisdictions and lobbies on behalf of insurance companies before the New Hampshire legislature.
In law school, Brian held an internship position with Public Service Company of New Hampshire, an electric utility, where he worked on environmental, real estate, contract, and regulatory matters. Prior to law school, Brian was a senior client account manager for Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., as well as a tax coordinator for State Street Bank & Trust Co.
