Catherine Walsh has been an intellectual property paralegal for more than 12 years. A member of Nixon Peabody since 1996, Catherine is responsible for assisting in all areas of domestic and international trademark prosecution. She prepares documents for filing with the Patent and Trademark Office and as well as with international trademark agents. She performs in-house trademark searches on SAEGIS and maintains the trademark docketing system. Catherine also assists with due diligence for IP litigation cases.
