What do you focus on?
I counsel private and public companies on the full range of corporate matters. I also represent a variety of private equity and venture funds in connection with their investments.
In addition, I represent corporate and health care clients on antitrust matters. I have successfully tried multiple antitrust cases and have handled hundreds of antitrust investigations conducted by federal and state regulators of mergers and other matters.
What do you see on the horizon?
As the economy stabilizes and grows, deal flow should continue to increase. The antitrust area will remain active, with expanding international enforcement, continued vigorous U.S. merger reviews and ongoing consolidation in the health care industry.
