• Exit the airport on the Dulles Access Road (VA-267 east) toward Washington.
• Take I-66 east to Constitution Avenue east (US-50), just after crossing the Potomac River. Turn left onto Twelfth Street NW.
• Turn right onto Pennsylvania Avenue.
• Turn left at the light onto Seventh Street NW.
• Turn left onto D Street NW.
• Cross Eighth Street to the PMI parking garage on right.
• Take the elevator to the lobby and use the south elevator bank to go to the 9^th floor.

From Reagan National Airport:

• Exit the airport onto the George Washington Parkway north.
• Take I-395 north, crossing the Potomac River.
• Stay in left lane (US-1), and exit onto Fourteenth Street NW.
• Continue across the National Mall.
• Turn right onto F Street NW.
• Turn right onto Eighth Street NW.
• Turn right onto D Street NW to the PMI parking garage.
• Take the elevator to the lobby and use the south elevator bank to go to the 9th floor.

From Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport:

• Upon exiting the airport, take I-195 West.
• Merge onto MD-295 south via exit 2B toward Washington.
• Take the exit toward Washington.
• Merge onto New York Avenue NE.
• New York Avenue NE becomes Mt. Vernon Place NW.
• Turn left onto Ninth Street NW.
• Take the elevator to the lobby and use the south elevator bank to go to the 9th floor.

Via Metro from Archives/Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter:

• Exit Metro at Archives/Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter Station.
• Turn right heading towards D Street NW.
• Cross D Street NW, turning left towards the FBI Headquarters building.
• Turn right at Ninth Street NW and continue to 401 Ninth Street NW (Market Square Building).

• Exit Metro at Gallery Place/Chinatown.
