JACOB J. HERSTEK
As a member of the Privacy & Data Protection group, Jacob Herstek focuses his practice on a wide range of data privacy and security issues. He has also engaged in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial, and appellate practice as a member of the Products: Class Action, Trade & Industry Representation group.
Jacob is a recognized Certified Information Privacy Professional (“CIPP/U.S.”) accredited by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
