Lateral Attorneys: International OpportunitiesLabor & Employment Associate, Paris OfficeNixon Peabody International LLP is seeking to hire a French qualified associate to join our Labor & Employment practice group to be resident in our Paris office. The ideal candidate will have approximately six to eight years of experience in labor and employment law, particularly advisory experience, in an international law firm. Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment, writing and communication skills, and a commitment to excellence, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our Labor & Employment practice group in our Paris office focuses on advising companies and top-level executives on issues relating to labor law. They analyze how economic events such as mergers, sales, outsourcing, and staff reductions plans impact employment in national and international contexts. They also advise clients on compensation schemes, including remuneration plans, employment savings plans, share option plans, and free share option schemes; social security systems, including pension schemes and contingency funds; and working time adjustment plans.
