MAVIS YEE

Mavis Yee represents emerging growth companies in all stages of their life cycle, including incorporations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and public company transactions.

What do you focus on?

My clients include private and public companies in a wide array of high growth industries, including mobile health technology, social gaming and media, cloud computing, internet, software and life sciences. I represent a very broad range of clients from our recent representation of Wyse Technology in its acquisition by Dell to the incorporation of many promising start-up companies through our NP Venture Plus program.

What do you see on the horizon?

I’ve been seeing a measurable increase in the number of fast growth startup companies that are embracing new methods of doing business and obtaining financing.
