Parking Instructions for Clients
Clients of Nixon Peabody may park in the 100 Summer Street garage (entrance located on Devonshire Street) at no charge by following this procedure:
- Drive up to the intercom at street level and announce that you are a client of Nixon Peabody; the door to the garage will open and let you in.
- You will receive a ticket when leaving your car.
- When departing our offices, obtain a sticker from our receptionist on the 25th floor and place it on your parking ticket.
- This will enable you to leave without having to pay.
- To enter the parking garage at 100 Summer Street, take the next right turn onto Devonshire Street and the entrance will be approximately half a block up on your right, immediately after the loading dock. If you come to a garage with a vertical red "PARK" sign, you have gone too far.
Directions
From the West:
- Take I-90 east (Massachusetts Turnpike) and exit on the left at Exit 24 A-B-C
- Immediately after exiting, bear back to the right and exit onto Exit 24A
- Follow the long exit ramp straight through the first set of lights directly onto Atlantic Avenue
- Follow Atlantic Avenue for 3 blocks and turn left onto Summer Street
- Once on Summer Street, go through 3 quick sets of stop lights (bearing to the right at the third set). 100 Summer Street will be on your right.
- To enter the parking garage at 100 Summer Street, take the next right turn onto Devonshire Street and the entrance will be approximately half a block up on your right, immediately after the loading dock. If you come to a garage with a vertical red "PARK" sign, you have gone too far.
From the North:
- Take I-93 south (OR take Route 1 south over the Tobin Bridge onto Route 93 south) and follow signs for South Station, getting off at Exit 20A (South Station)
- At the end of the exit ramp, take a right onto Summer Street at the second traffic light.
- Once on Summer Street, go through 2 quick sets of stop lights (bearing to the right at the second set). 100 Summer Street will be on your right.
- To enter the parking garage at 100 Summer Street, take the next right turn onto Devonshire Street and the entrance will be approximately half a block up on your right, immediately after the loading dock. If you come to a garage with vertical a red "PARK" sign, you have gone too far.
From the South:
- Take I-93 north (the Southeast Expressway) and take Exit 20
- Bear left onto a small exit marked Frontage Road
- Follow Frontage Road through 4 sets of lights (watch for signs marked "Downtown" or "South Station"; avoid getting back onto 93 north)
- At the last stop light, Frontage Road will pass directly onto Atlantic Avenue
- Follow Atlantic Avenue for 3 blocks and turn left onto Summer Street
- Once on Summer Street, go through 3 quick sets of stop lights (bearing to the right at the third set). 100 Summer Street will be on your right.
- To enter the parking garage at 100 Summer Street, take the next right turn onto Devonshire Street and the entrance will be approximately half a block up on your right, immediately after the loading dock. If you come to a garage with a vertical red "PARK" sign, you have gone too far.
From the East/Logan Airport:
- Take Route 1A south to the Sumner Tunnel
- Bear left as you exit the tunnel and follow the signs that will loop you around onto 93 south
- Once on Route 93, get off at the next exit (Exit 23)
- Go straight off the Exit 23 ramp directly onto Purchase Street
- Follow Purchase Street for 3 blocks to the second set of lights and turn right onto Summer Street
- Once on Summer Street, go through 2 quick sets of stop lights (bearing to the right at the second set). 100 Summer Street will be on your right.
- To enter the parking garage at 100 Summer Street, take the next right turn onto Devonshire Street and the entrance will be approximately half a block up on your right, immediately after the loading dock. If you come to a garage with a vertical red "PARK" sign, you have gone too far.
From T.F. Green Airport in Providence:
- Follow signs to I-95 north
- Take I-95 north to I-93 north
- Once on I-93 north, see “From the South” directions above
