Our office is located in the Gas Company Tower, which has been recognized as one of L.A.’s modern landmarks. The building boasts a spectacular view of downtown Los Angeles and is only one block from the nearest Metro station, Pershing Square.

Directions

From the South:

Take 110 North to the Fourth Street exit.
From Fourth Street, turn right onto Olive St.
Turn right into Gas Company Tower (second driveway on your right).
If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.

From the North:

Take 110 South to the Hill Street exit.
From Hill Street, turn right onto Fifth Street.
Turn right onto Olive St.
Turn left into Gas Company Tower Parking (first driveway on your left).

From Long Beach and all points south via I-710

Take I-710 North to I-5 North.
Take I-5 North for 2 miles to US-101 North.
Continue on US-101 North for 3 miles; stay in the left-hand lanes.
Exit at First Street.
Turn left onto First and continue straight to Olive St.
Turn left on Olive St.
Turn right into the driveway for the Gas Company Tower.
If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.

From Redondo Beach and all points southwest via Pacific Coast Highway:

From CA-a (PCH), turn onto Aviation Blvd for 3 miles.
Turn right onto Rosecrans.
Take I-405 North for 1 mile to I-105 East for 4.5 miles.
Stay in the right-hand lanes to continue onto I-110 North for 7 miles.
Exit at 4th Street.
From 4th Street, turn right onto Olive St.
Turn right into the Gas Company Tower driveway.
If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.

From Arcadia and all points northeast via I-210/134:

Take I-210 West to CA-134 for 4.5 miles.
Merge onto CA-2 South.
Take CA-2 South to I-5 South; remain in the right-hand lane.
Take I-5 South to I-110 South.
Exit at Hill Street.
From Hill Street, take a right onto Fifth Street.
Turn right onto Olive St.
Turn left into Gas Company Tower driveway (first on the left).

From Anaheim, Irvine, and all points southwest via I-5:

Take I-5 North to US 101 North; remain in the left-hand lanes.
Exit at First Street.
Turn left onto First Street and continue straight to Olive Street.
From First Street, turn left onto Olive St.
Turn right into Gas Company Tower driveway.
If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.

From the Metrolink:

Take Metrolink to the Red Line.
Exit at Pershing Square.
Walk up West Fifth Street one block to the Gas Company Tower Building.

From Los Angeles International Airport:

Head west on W. Century Blvd toward Vicksburg Ave. Exit the airport and take Sepulveda Blvd south.
Turn left at S. Sepulveda Blvd. Follow the signs to Imperial Hwy West and take the 105 ramp heading East.
Take the exit onto I-110 N toward Los Angeles. Take the 105 East (6.5 miles) to the 110 North to downtown L.A. (9 miles).
Take the 4th Street exit and move over to the far right lane once on 4th Street.
Turn right at S. Olive St.
Turn right at W. 5th St. Directly before the next light (5th street) turn right into the driveway of the building (555 West 5th St.)

Alternate route from LAX:

Exit LAX on West Century Blvd. Take a left at Airport.
Go approximately 2 miles and take a right on Manchester. Move to your far right lane and go approximately 1 mile.
Cross over the overpass and and take a right onto the 405 Freeway North. Go approximately 6 miles.
Merge on to the 10 Freeway East. (Go 5.5 miles heading towards downtown).
Stay to your left and merge on to the 110 Freeway North. Stay in your same lane and keep going straight to the 4th Street exit (.3 miles).
Exit 4th street and move over to the far right lane once on 4th Street.
Turn right at Olive St.
Directly before the next light (5th street) turn right into the driveway of the building (555 West 5th St.).

From the East:

Take CA-60 West or I-10 West to US-101 North.
Take the Grand Ave. exit.
Turn right onto Grand Ave.
Turn left onto 1st Street.
Turn right onto Olive Street.
Turn right into the driveway for the Gas Company Tower.
If you get to Fifth Street, you have gone too far.
