Our midtown Manhattan office is at the intersection of Madison Avenue and 50th Street. Opened in 1981, its staff includes over 100 attorneys. Given its convenient location, the office hosts many firm-sponsored seminars and events. It also provides temporary office accommodations for attorneys from other Nixon Peabody offices when closings and other legal matters require their presence in New York.

Overlooking Madison Avenue from the 25th floor, the offices are convenient to Grand Central Station and Rockefeller Center. Shopping on New York’s famed Fifth Avenue is also within a few minutes walk. Parking is available in the building's garage.

By Public Transit

Take the B, D, F or V trains to the 47-50 Street-Rockefeller Center Station or the V or E trains to the 53rd and 5th Avenue Street Station.

From JFK International Airport

Take the JFK Expwy to I-678 North (Van Wyck Expwy).
Take exit 12B to I-495 West (LIE, Long Island Expwy), exit at the Queens Midtown Tunnel Exit (Tunnel Exit St).
Take the tunnel to 34th Street, Manhattan.
Turn right onto 34th Street and go to Park Avenue.
Turn right onto Park Avenue and go to 49th Street.
Turn left onto 49th Street and go to Madison Avenue.
437 Madison Avenue will be on your right-hand side between Park and Madison and 49th and 50th Streets.

From LaGuardia Airport

Take the Grand Central Pkwy West.
Take exit 4 to I-278 West (Brooklyn Queens Expwy, BQE).
Take exit 35 to I-495 West (Long Island Expwy, LIE).
Take the tunnel to 34th Street, Manhattan.
Turn right onto 34th Street and go to Park Avenue.
Turn right onto Park Avenue and go to 49th Street.
Turn left onto 49th Street and go to Madison Avenue.
437 Madison Avenue will be on your right-hand side between Park and Madison and 49th and 50th Streets.

From Newark Liberty International Airport

Take I-78 East to I-95 North (New Jersey Turnpike).
Take exit 16E off the Turnpike to the Lincoln Tunnel/I-495 East.
Bear left onto off-ramp to Dyer Avenue.
Turn right onto 40th Street and continue until Madison Avenue.
Turn left onto Madison Ave.
Continue to 49th Street.
437 Madison will be on your right-hand side between 49th and 50th Streets.
