Foreign companies in the U.S.

We have broad experience representing foreign companies doing business in the United States. These companies may have special issues relating to expatriate employees and special defenses to discrimination claims that are not available to domestic employers. Several of our partners are internationally recognized for their work and leadership in this area.

Alternative dispute resolution

We work diligently to help our clients avoid litigation through effective dispute resolution procedures. We are highly trained and experienced in mediation and arbitration and have particularly strong experience handling arbitrations before the NASD and the NYSE for clients in the financial services industry. Our attorneys have also frequently represented clients in forums such as the International Chamber of Commerce and other arbitral tribunals.
