Susan Kelly has been a paralegal with Nixon Peabody’s Syndication practice group since 1997, focusing on the acquisition of interests in tax credit advantaged projects along with related upper tier investment closings and secondary market transactions. Her work includes researching and reviewing project due diligence, drafting memoranda and closing documents, and generally assisting in equity and loan closings.
Prior to joining the Syndication group, Susan was a paralegal with the firm’s Real Estate practice group.
