Nixon Peabody CWL (NPCWL) advised Tasty Concepts Holding Limited on its recent listing (Stock Code: 8096) on the GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by way of a share offering on March 15, 2019, raising approximately HK$87.5 million before expenses. The shares were significantly oversubscribed with approximately 146.2 times of the total number of shares initially available.
Tasty Concepts Holding Limited operates a chain of restaurants—豚王—in Hong Kong, Macau and the PRC featuring premium quality Japanese ramen.
