Hong Kong. Alvin So, an experienced solicitor and investment adviser in Hong Kong specialising in IPOs, M&A, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, and direct investment transactions, has joined Nixon Peabody CWL as a partner in Hong Kong.
Alvin has practised in Hong Kong and international law firms and has worked in corporate finance. During his career, Alvin has advised on more than 100 IPOs and different forms of capital-raising exercises, as well as numerous M&A transactions and investment advisory projects for sophisticated investors, listed companies, private equity investments, and hedge fund investments.
