Boston, MA. Nixon Peabody is pleased to have represented EA Fish Development and its partner Luzern Associates LLC in the sale of the Oak Row Apartments in Boston’s West Roxbury neighborhood.
EAFD West Roxbury LLC sold the newly built multifamily property to ND Oak Row LLC for approximately $41,761,800 on April 13, 2020. The Oak Row Apartments, located at 1235 VFW Parkway, was constructed by EAFD West Roxbury LLC and completed during summer 2018. The property contains 80 residential units.
