Cal/OSHA has issued the world’s most rigorous EVD requirements, and many of them are problematic. Nevertheless, California hospitals, and other health care providers and their vendors must be prepared to comply. This session will review the latest California EVD “requirements” and “guidance,” related Cal/OSHA ATD, BBP, and IIPP requirements, other potentially applicable standards, and practical compliance steps and concerns.
