The National eDiscovery Leadership Institute is pleased to offer its second full-day CLE on Tuesday, September 29, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. at the University of Missouri—Kansas City’s Pierson Hall. This event will bring together leading national jurists and practitioners to educate and foster discussion regarding the latest eDiscovery developments, including the new proposed federal rule amendments, appropriate and non-appropriate objections to discovery, predictive coding, spoliation, and many other key topics in the eDiscovery field.
Time: 10:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
A panel consisting of in-house counsel from Fidelity Investments, Ash Grove Cement, and Republic Services will discuss the most pressing eDiscovery issues affecting their businesses, including use or non-use of legal hold tools, over preservation, spoliation, managing multiple active litigations at once, interactions with outside counsel, and review and production protocols. The discussion will include successful internal processes for handling large preservation and data collection requests, and how outside counsel can best assist in this area.
This is a live in-person event and is also being offered via webcast.
