Join us for an interactive discussion detailing new changes to food labeling that will affect everyone who works in the food space. This includes nutritionists, manufacturers, suppliers, and startups.

Discussion topics will include, but are not limited to:

  • How new food packages will need to be re-designed in the next few years changing labels both substantially and stylistically
  • The definition and calculation of fiber has changed, along with recommended serving size
  • More scientific data is now required and companies have to document how they come up with the data
  • Which nutrients to test for has changed
  • Consumer preferences and company experiences with labeling in the marketplace
  • Compliance issues facing small businesses
