Recent news and events have highlighted the continuing need for discussion and education regarding sexual and other forms of workplace harassment. Most employers are aware of the risks and issues associated with such harassment, so why do these problems persist?

Please join us for a HR Roundtable session in which we will have a frank discussion about these issues and what all employers can and should be doing to address harassment and reduce their risk of liability.

As always, the session will be free-flowing, but topics to be discussed include:

  • Is anti-harassment training working? What else can employers do?
  • Strategies for dealing with that one bad actor
  • Benefits of conducting inclusion and unconscious bias education/training
  • Managing text messages, Slack, IM and colleagues traveling on business—Where problems often begin

Who should attend?
Senior HR professionals and executives and in-house counsel with human resources and/or employment law responsibilities.

What’s the format?
Our HR Roundtable events provide a select group of invitees with a casual, open forum where they can share best workplace practices and learn from one another and a few Nixon Peabody attorneys.

Our Speakers

  • Jeff Gilbreth, Partner
