About “Let’s Talk”
NP’s “Let’s Talk” series, launched in 2017, invites dynamic female leaders in the technology, social impact and start up space to speak about leadership and innovation.
Callie Schweitzer is a growth-oriented, highly creative and strategic leader who helps businesses and individuals increase reach, relevance and revenue by building and executing on content strategies. She was a member of the founding leadership team of Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington’s new behavior change media and technology company, most recently serving as the Chief Content Officer.
Her creativity and unique understanding of how people consume content and information has been recognized by Forbes' 30 Under 30 in Media twice. TIME named her Twitter feed one of the world’s best, and Business Insider has named her one of the 30 Most Important Women in Tech Under 30. Prior to joining Thrive, she was at Time Inc. where she oversaw digital growth for the company’s 116 brands as Editorial Director of Audience Strategy, the first company-wide cross-brand and cross-department role that focused on audience growth, editorial technology, content partnerships, social media, search and more. She also founded and was Editorial Director of Motto, TIME’s millennial women platform and the first digital-only brand to launch out of TIME. She started out at TIME as Director of Digital Innovation. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and was the Editor-in-Chief of Neon Tommy, the school's news outlet, making it the most trafficked online-only university publication in the U.S. during her tenure.
Don’t miss this opportunity to network with women from different industries. We look forward to seeing you on May 17!
