She was a member of the founding leadership team of Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington’s new behavior change media and technology company, most recently serving as the Chief Content Officer.

Her creativity and unique understanding of how people consume content and information has been recognized by Forbes' 30 Under 30 in Media twice. She also founded and was Editorial Director of Motto, TIME’s millennial women platform and the first digital-only brand to launch out of TIME. She started out at TIME as Director of Digital Innovation. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and was the Editor-in-Chief of Neon Tommy, the school's news outlet, making it the most trafficked online-only university publication in the U.S. during her tenure.
