For the fourth year in a row, Nixon Peabody and the Harvard Business School Association of Boston (HBSAB) will host an all-star panel discussing the changing nature of the food industry. Our panel of food innovators will bring us up to date regarding major trends impacting this massive industry, including order and delivery apps, $15/hr wages, traceability and sustainability, Amazon’s purchase of Whole Foods and more. Learn about the changes and challenges of getting food from farm to tables, whether in a restaurant or our homes, where investment dollars are going and how demographics and technology are impacting and disrupting what we eat and where we eat it.

Moderated by Nixon Peabody’s Dave Martland and Chris Keefe, the panel consists of:
