Please join us in the morning for HUD’s overview of RAD for Mod Rehab and Mod Rehab SRO properties, presented by the Office of Multifamily Housing Program’s Office of Recapitalization. HUD’s RAD program presents a great opportunity for those seeking to recapitalize and preserve their affordable housing properties. RAD enables you to improve and modernize through capital repairs; stabilize your property with higher rents; and safeguard long-term rental assistance for your current and future tenants.
