Join us at NP NYC’s next “Let’s Talk” event! Shaziah Singh of Nixon Peabody’s Corporate practice will interview Erin Zaikis, highly acclaimed social entrepreneur and founder of Sundara, an international organization bringing sustainable hygiene to communities in need. The Q&A will focus on Erin’s experiences creating and building Sundara, female leadership, the importance of community empowerment and building a mission-driven brand.

Sundara recycles old hotel soap into new bars, giving them a second life. Sundara’s mission focuses on supporting the communities it serves by hiring and training local women to do this work, lifting them from poverty with fair wage livelihoods and distributing the soap to those communities, all while providing free hygiene education classes for vulnerable populations.
