Nixon Peabody partner Linda Huber will present on the topic "AI in Life Sciences - IP Considerations," at the USC Stevens Seminar Series on February 19 and February 20.
Linda Huber will explore elements of artificial intelligence and considerations to take with respect to inventorship, ownership, subject matter eligibility for patents, and trade secrets. Non-IP issues, such as transparency in the context of regulatory approval, will also be discussed.
NOTE: This seminar will be offered on two successive days once on the UPC campus (Feb. 19) and once on the HSC campus (Feb. 20).
