As employers continue to deal with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and with more and more states reopening, some areas already are experiencing a resurgence in COVID-19 cases and experts predict a resurgence in many other areas.

Join us on Friday, October 30, for a discussion regarding OSHA and employment issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as new laws and emergency regulations already in effect or taking effect in January 2021.

Topics to be discussed will include:

  • How to prepare for the anticipated COVID-19 fall resurgence and what to implement before it happens;
  • Trends by governments to pass COVID-19-related laws;
  • Recent changes to CDC guidance and what it means for employers;
  • Recent OSHA guidance on COVID-19; and
  • Considerations regarding vaccinations for influenza and, potentially, a COVID-19 vaccine.
