Albany, NY. 3M has completed its acquisition of Treo Solutions, a leading provider of health care data analytics and business intelligence to health care payers and providers. Nixon Peabody attorneys represented Troy, NY–based Treo Solutions in the deal. Treo is now a wholly owned subsidiary of 3M and a part of 3M Health Information Systems. By joining with 3M Health Information Systems, Treo will further its plans for integrating clinical data and providing real-time and predictive analytics.
