Nixon Peabody advises Lifetime Brands in acquisition of Focus Products Group kitchen division

Jericho, NY. Lifetime Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: LCUT), a leading global provider of kitchenware, tableware and other products used in the home, announces completing the acquisition of the kitchen division of Focus Products Group. The division sells a wide variety of kitchenware and bakeware products under the Amco Houseworks®, Chicago™ Metallic and Swing-A-Way® brands.

Lifetime Brands designs, develops and markets thousands of quality products each year for more than 30 trusted brands, including Mikasa®, KitchenAid®, Farberware®, Wallace® and Pfaltzgraff®.

The Nixon Peabody deal team was led by partner Allan Cohen and included attorneys Jason Chimon, Kristin Marotta and Lauren Arnold.
