Long Island, NY—Nixon Peabody LLP advised cold-press juice company JRINK on a convertible note offering to fund the expansion of its business.

JRINK is a digitally native cold-pressed juice brand, offering weekly juice subscriptions for online home delivery, in addition to having five stores in DC, Maryland and Virginia. The growing company uses a hydraulic juicer to press up to 5 lbs of fresh produce in each bottle, using no concentrates or additives, while sourcing ingredients from local farms.

The deal team was led by partner Allan Cohen and included associate Pierce Han.
