San Francisco, CA. Nixon Peabody is growing its San Francisco office with the addition of counsel Daniel Valles, a labor and employment attorney who focuses his practice on employment counseling and litigation.
Dan is involved in all aspects of employment -related state and federal litigation. He works on false claims act matters and conducts internal investigations, in addition to counseling clients on hiring, wage and hour compliance, data privacy, leave policies and procedures, employee agreements, workplace complaint investigations and termination of employment.
An entrepreneur at heart, Dan successfully founded two companies—TruEnergy, a technology company which created headphones sold in retail stores nationwide, and Nova Enterprises, a national ticket brokerage company. He is the latest addition to Nixon Peabody’s San Francisco office, which has added seven attorneys over the past year.

Recently an associate in Baker McKenzie’s San Francisco office, Dan graduated from Boston College Law School and earned his bachelor and master degrees from Villanova University.
