Nixon Peabody represents Beverly Hills developer in sale of downtown Los Angeles apartment building

Los Angeles, CA. Nixon Peabody represented Beverly Hills developer Sonny Astani in the sale of a 218-unit Wilshire Boulevard apartment building for more than $80 million.

The building, known as Wilshire Valencia, sold to Anaheim mobile home community developer Kort & Scott Financial Group. The building is located in downtown Los Angeles’ Central City West neighborhood and occupies an entire city block. It is adjacent to the Good Samaritan Hospital and within blocks of the Financial District.

Nixon Peabody partner Justin Thompson and associates Garth Bostic and Erin Kansy, all of Los Angeles, represented Astani in the deal.
