The building, located in the historic Jackson Square area and once used as a performing arts venue where musician Janis Joplin purportedly began her career, contains ground floor commercial space that will be developed into a winery tasting room with estate-grown food pairings. Lyon & Swan Holdings, LLC, is affiliated with Eco Terreno Wines of Sonoma, California.
The real estate transaction was handled by Nixon Peabody partner Paul Schrier with assistance from associate Ian O’Banion.
