New York, NY. Nixon Peabody’s nationally ranked Infrastructure Finance practice is expanding in New York City with the arrival of Roderick N. Devlin as partner.
Roddy focuses his practice on public-private partnerships (P3s) and project finance transactions, specifically on the financing, structuring, construction, operation, maintenance and acquisition of infrastructure assets. His portfolio of clients includes lenders, project sponsors, institutional investors, government municipalities and construction companies in a wide spectrum of sectors, both domestically and abroad.
“The U.S. P3 sector has been developing steadily over the years and, given the nation’s pressing infrastructure needs, it’s in a position to take off,” said Ken Lind, leader of Nixon Peabody’s Infrastructure Finance practice. “Roddy’s skill set and experience boosts our ability to assist clients in implementing a wide variety of financing solutions and navigating the changing regulatory and financial landscape.”
