I focus my practice on complex commercial disputes representing clients in various industries in all phases of litigation. I ensure matters run smoothly by conducting in-depth legal research and providing analysis, reviewing discovery, and drafting pre-trial motions to trials, post-trials and appeals.
Alternative dispute resolution has rapidly become a popular avenue sought to create a more collaborative, efficient, and cost-effective claim resolution process. It is more important than ever to balance the benefits of alternative dispute resolution with more aggressive litigation strategies resulting in the most favorable outcome for clients.
