Brittany Bogaerts concentrates her practice in the areas of employment litigation, counseling and commercial litigation. She represents businesses in federal and state court and before administrative agencies.
Much of my work involves representing companies in resolving employment disputes, whether in federal or state court or before administrative agencies. The issues I handle cover a full range of workplace disputes arising out of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims. I also regularly represent employers in connection with the enforcement of non-compete agreements and the protection of confidential and trade secret information.
Another focus of my practice is providing practical counsel to clients as they resolve day-to-day workforce management issues such as performance evaluations, employee discipline, discrimination and harassment complaints, employee policies and handbooks and non-compete and confidentiality agreements.
Another focus of my practice involves representing businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters in federal and state court, including breach of fiduciary duty and defamation cases, bankruptcy, shareholder and contract disputes, subpoena issues and product liability matters.
